Return & Refund Policy

At Titan Home Security Store we want you to be happy with your order, but there may be rare occasions where you need to return items to us. This page explains the process for returning items for a replacement or refund.

Damaged/incorrect items (excluding key cutting)

Please email our support team at orders@antisnaplock.com with a description of the issue and photos showing the issue. We will respond within 24 hours with a return code and address.

We recommend using a signed delivery service as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit. Replacement item(s) will only be sent once we receive the returned item(s).

Please email proof of the postage costs and on receipt of the returned item(s) we will refund all postage costs back to the original card.

Incorrect item ordered by customer – Returns (excludes key cutting)

Please email our support team at orders@antisnaplock.com. We will respond within 24 hours.

We recommend using a signed delivery service as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

Any return is subject to a 10% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from the refund back to the original card. Refunds will only be processed once we receive the returned item(s).

Any keyed alike or to code cylinders cannot be returned they are bespoke to you – these locks are hand built we ensure that they are in fully working order before dispatched.

Additional cut keys or keys cut to coded/keyed alike locks cannot be refunded as they are rendered useless s bespoke to your order

Any keyed alike cylinders cannot be returned they are bespoke to you – these locks are hand built we ensure that they are in fully working order before dispatched.

Key cutting – Damaged/Incorrect keys

Please email our support team at orders@antisnaplock.com with a description of the issue and photos showing the issue.

We will send out a replacement free of charge. Please note we cannot accept a return of keys that have been cut to code.

General notes on returns

Customers are responsible for reporting any damage to parts before returning them. We will not refund any items that are found to be damaged/faulty when we receive them back.

Customers are responsible for returning items in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the items are not sent back in the original state

We are not liable or responsible for lost keys if they are sent to the intended address for use. We will endeavour to do everything we can with the courier to resolve the issue.

Titan Home security Store holds no responsibility for loss of goods when:

1: Delivery information has been incorrectly entered by the customer at checkout.
2. Goods left ”in a safe place” at the request of the customer.
3. Deliveries to 3rd party drop-off companies.
